rockafinger Posted March 21, 2023 Posted March 21, 2023 Publisher is constantly crashing on me. I'm not doing anything in particular, but it feels like it happens either when my laptop comes back from sleep or I'm multitasking between different programs. Is there a way to get log files? In the last 3 days, it crashed 4 times. It just says (Not responding) in the title bar and is all greyed out. I'm on Windows 11 latest update, Publisher latest update, hardware acceleration is on, I haven't tried it without. It's not a new document, but I can't share it. My laptop model is this: Asus Zephyrus G14 GA401QM Off-topic: Why do I have to post in the forum to get product support for something I paid money for? Weird. Quote
Staff DWright Posted March 21, 2023 Staff Posted March 21, 2023 Can you please confirm that Affinity Publisher is using the RTX 3060 graphics card rather than the integrated AMD Radeon Vega 8 graphics. You can directly Email technical support using the Email of affinitysupport@serif.com Quote
rockafinger Posted March 22, 2023 Author Posted March 22, 2023 Hi DWright, Thanks for your reply. I just checked and it's set to Default (NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU) with Retina Rendering to Automatic (Best) and Hardware Acceleration is on. Quote
rockafinger Posted March 28, 2023 Author Posted March 28, 2023 Ok, I'll guess I'll write an email to support then... Quote
