There are no templates set up in my newly purchased Infinity Publisher used in my iPad Air 5. How do I get them?

There are no templates on my Infinity Publisher. Using it with iPad Air 5.  ( like A5, etc) How do I get them?a

Blank document templates should be available on the New Document dialog, A5 being listed under Press Ready and Print, see screenshot.

If not there, please try resetting the app. You need to first make sure the app isn't running, swipe up on iPadOS and if the app is shown, swipe up on it to close. Now tap the apps icon to open, after that double tap the apps splash screen to show the Clear User Data dialog, on here enable Reset Document Presets and tap Reset.

If you still have an issue can you please provide a screenshot of the New Document dialog on your iPad.
