Unable to Change Universal Bleed in Publisher When Using the Link Icon Post Document Creation

Currently in 2.1.0.1730 after creating a Publisher document it is no longer possible to universally change the bleed setting when going to Document Setup, three things happen (or rather don't)...

1. Tabbing out of a field simply doesn't tab to the next field
2. Tabbing out of a field leaves the field without any unit suffix (mm, px, pt etc.,)
3. Entering a value in any of the four fields when the link icon is locked doesn't update the other three fields

The issue "Cannot Tab between input boxes on Document Setup > Bleed" (REF: AFB-7539) has been fixed by the developers in internal build "2.1.0.1799".
This fix should soon be available as a customer beta and is planned for inclusion in the next customer release.
