When working on a CMYK document, I defined black font on some text - so 100% black c, m, y at 0%. The pure black always looks like anthracite in Affinity 2. A logo that I have integrated from an external company also has 100% black font. However, the color selection shows different color values with the same 100% black. But the black no longer looks like anthracite. How can that be?

The left color selection belongs to the logo not created in Affinity 2.
