joe_l Posted March 20, 2023 Posted March 20, 2023 Maybe already known? Everything over 400 being typed into the DPI field at Document Setup jumps back to 400, same behaviour in v2 retail. Windows 10. Quote ---------- Windows 10 / 11, Complete Suite Retail and Beta

Hangman Posted March 20, 2023 Posted March 20, 2023 Is this in all three apps on iPad... if you happen to run the same apps on Desktop do you see the same thing? Hangman Posted March 20, 2023 Posted March 20, 2023 This sounds as though it 'may' be iPad specific, assuming @joe_l is also seeing this on iPad rather than desktop... Hangman Posted March 20, 2023 Posted March 20, 2023 Definitely sounds like a bug in that case affecting both Windows and iPad but strangely not Mac... Staff Chris B Posted March 20, 2023 Staff Posted March 20, 2023 I'm doing this and it's fine: New doc dialog Type in a value of say 666 into DPI field Hit either Create or Tab (then Create) Document > Resize Observe Document says DPI is 666 File > New Observe DPI has correctly reverted back to 72 dpi as it defaults back to a Web preset for me Are you saying as soon as you type, it changes back straight away? Can you record this please? Quote How to format a bug report | Learning Resources | List of V2 FAQs | YouTube Tutorials

In the meantime try yourself. After you created your document with 666 DPI, change it to 1200 DPI afterwards. Sorry for not being precise enough in my first post. Staff Chris B Posted March 20, 2023 Staff Posted March 20, 2023 Ah gotcha! I was trying to reproduce this in Photo. I've just checked Publisher and reproduced the issue. joe_l 1 Quote How to format a bug report | Learning Resources | List of V2 FAQs | YouTube Tutorials
