Crashes as soon as I open file

Working on a file for the last few weeks and I tweaked a master page and now the whole document crashes. I've tried opening the file on MacOS, Windows, and iPadOS all with the same results. I've toggled HW acceleration off and on with no difference. Other files are not impacted. Included is a recording, crash report, and the file in question.

 

MacOS Ventura 13.2.1 on a Macbook M1 Pro

Nope. Everything was built within the Publisher itself.
