Hi Rob,

The images you uploaded alongside your post don't seem to have uploaded correctly please could you try re-adding them? It may also be handy to have a copy of the file so I can try this here at my end. If you would rather not post it publicly let me know and I will provide you with a link to our DropBox. If you remove and re-add the problem images does the file export correctly?

Thanks
C

Hi Callum,

Thank you so much for responding, I really appreciate it. I have made a number of attempts after scrutinising all the layer bending modes and reverting these to 'Normal', and re-exporting, but always experienced the same result. Herewith the file for one of the images;AW.5.afdesign

I have changed the preset to PDF digital (high quality), and this works.

This is otherwise the consistent result every time I try to export PDF for print.

I am using a Mac, OS Monterey version 12.6.3

Bizarre. The problem is the Pressure curve on the elephant's colour curve layer.

Reset the stroke and all should be well.

One other thing is the Owl. Take a look at the Export Persona and select the layers, make them slices and check out the size of the one called Owl.

Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.6
Affinity Designer 2.6.0 | Affinity Photo 2.6.0 | Affinity Publisher 2.6.0 | Beta versions as they appear.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

I am just so very grateful that there are people like you that are out there to help. Thank you. I will do as you say, and then look at applying the the same process to the other image in which this anomaly occurs.
