Missing bleed areas with "Add noise" filter during PDF export

If a document with bleed areas contains a layer with the "Add Noise" filter, the bleed area is not output during PDF export. Only when the layer is hidden, the bleed areas are exported again.

The issue "Live filters cause bleed to export blank" (REF: AF-465) has been fixed by the developers in internal build "2.3.0.2150".
This fix should soon be available as a customer beta and is planned for inclusion in the next customer release.
