Does the new document have text that is "tagged" with the same Spelling Language as you were using in the first document? The learned words are language-specific. GrahamP Posted March 21, 2023 Author Posted March 21, 2023 Hi Walt, this happens with any document in the Beta version. I can open an existing document or create a new one. Any spelling 'learn' changes disappear when I open the document again. The release version works correctly. Quote

It does not happen for me just by reopening the document, though. I have to close Publisher 2.1.0.1730 and then start Publisher again and then reopen the document. What OS do you use, Graham? This fix should soon be available as a customer beta and is planned for inclusion in the next customer release. Customer beta builds are announced here and you can participate by following these instructions. If you still experience this problem once you are using that build version (or later) please reply to this thread including @Serif Info Bot to notify us. Quote
