I'm an avid fan of Affinity products, though not at all a professional designer.

I seem to remember an article, many years ago, about building a series of icons with Affinity Designer 2. I have that need right now and am struggling to remember the process.

Specifically, I'd like to make a series of bulleted numbers, 1 through 30, and then use the Export persona to output them as PNG files all in one swoop.

I can make the icons individually (and have 😔) but I'd love the flexibility of having all 30 icons together, on one page, so that I can adjust the bullet colors for different needs and then quickly export all 30 at once again.

Can anyone give me some pointers on that? Appreciate your help.

Use the Symbols panel to do this ("Windows" menu) Create an object and click the Create button in the Symbols panel. Now you can drag this new symbol onto your page as often as you like. All symbol objects are now linked to each other and changes affect all of them at the same time.
