Country Cow Designs Posted March 14, 2023 Posted March 14, 2023 (edited) NOW SOLVED: turned out to be email hyperlinks. All files that contained email hyperlinks will no longer export since a recent update. Removing all the email hyperlinks has allowed me to start exporting files again. My Affinity Publisher 2 has suddenly decided not to export documents to PDF if they contain any images. It says "an error occurred while exporting to:...." I've tried exporting other documents and have the same issue. I tried exporting to my OneDrive instead of the computer hard drive and the same thing happened. I then tried the same files on a different computer which also has the software installed and the same problem occurred. Finally, I tried creating a brand new document in Affinity with nothing but text. This exported ok but when I tried opening up old files that contain images it won't export any of them. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can fix this? I'm on a deadline to get this project out and not being able to export it is obviously a huge problem. Could you upload a packaged (containing images) sample document here? Quote ---------- Windows 10 / 11, Complete Suite Retail and Beta
Staff stokerg Posted March 14, 2023 Staff Posted March 14, 2023 Hi @Country Cow Designs, I can see you've been dealing with @NathanCvia email and he has found it was the hyperlinks causing the issue and that this issue is fixed in the current beta. Quote
