Issues with old purchase

Recommended Posts

Back in June 16, 2019 I bought Affinity Designer and Photo through the windows store I currently still have the order number for the product. But by ordering through the store so long ago on an older computer I no longer have the registration and/or License numbers from the original purchase. I'm looking into possibly upgrading but I can't even use the original program properly (current device store being controlled by work and wont let me download it directly via windows store). I'm unsure if there is a way to look up the codes via order number to get the license codes so i can add them to my account or what. Please help!

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums, @DerpsyKhaos.

There are no license codes for purchases from the Microsoft Store. It is all controlled by the Windows Account you sign in to the Store with. So if you can sign in with your original Windows Account you can download it from the previously-purchased list of programs at the Store. Otherwise you can't.
