Hi @andrey103and Welcome to the Forums,

There is a bug with this tool that affects Mac and Windows.

If you are using Affinity on Windows, click Edit>Preferences>Performance and untick openCL at the bottom of this window and close Preferences, you'll be asked to restart Affinity and once restarted, try using the Blur Tool again and it should work this time.

If you are using Affinity on a Mac, click on the Affinity Photo menu in the top left corner, select Settings and on the Performance section, untick Enable Metal Compute, close Preferences and you'll be asked to restart Affinity, once restart you should now be able to use this tool.

Can you let me know which operating system you are using and i can update the report with the Developers.
