Dragging and dropping JPG Xl onto a Picture Frame in a Publisher Document does not work

Hi Rafael, 

I've tested this and noted that it drops as a new layer instead of being contained within the frame and have logged this as a bug.

The issue "dragging JpegXL creates new layer instead of dropping into frame when dropped from desktop." (REF: AFB-7486) has been fixed by the developers in internal build "2.1.0.1736".
This fix should soon be available as a customer beta and is planned for inclusion in the next customer release.
Customer beta builds are announced here and you can participate by following these instructions.
