safoster71 Posted March 10, 2023 Posted March 10, 2023 Greetings! Photo and Designer have developed an interesting issue for me. When i leave my home network they refuse to open for an extended period of time and then give me a error (see attached) not being able to connect to a machine on my home network. They INSIST on connecting, and wont open at all until they do. Not sure why they insist on this computer, as i rarely use it in conjunction with photo. Help? Quote

safoster71 Posted March 10, 2023 Author Posted March 10, 2023 just to let you know, i killed the preferences and the behavior continued. I replaced the application straight from a new download and the behavior continues. Must be some other place it stores settings? Quote

krst Posted March 13, 2023 Posted March 13, 2023 I have the same issue. My NAS sleeps when not in use and I wake it up manually. When a file from the network share is within the recently used files I can't open the Affinity apps. Quote

This fix should soon be available as a customer beta and is planned for inclusion in the next customer release. Customer beta builds are announced here and you can participate by following these instructions.
