What is the best way to export a vector image with layer effects as a SVG (logo)?

Hi

What is the best way to export a vector image with layer effects as a SVG (logo)?  

I tried various formats, but the design on the front side is blurry when I zoom in.  I am trying to make it as close as the .afesign format.

Attached are my files.  I would appreciate any suggestions.

Adding a Layer Effect will always cause the layer which the effect is applied to – and the child layers of that layer, if there are any – to be rasterised upon export.
Because of this you can’t export to SVG without those layers being rasterised, e.g. non-vector.
