Hangman Posted March 10, 2023 Posted March 10, 2023 Hi Tom, I'm afraid I've had no joy with your file but I'm hoping one of the team at Serif can take a look at your file to see if they can recover it for you, though there is certainly no guarantee they will be able to... Staff stokerg Posted March 13, 2023 Staff Posted March 13, 2023 Hi @Tom Kaszas, I've tried all the tricks i know to recover the file and all have failed. I'll need to get this logged with the Dev team to see if they can recover it. However, this isn't a quick process and I can't give you any time frame on when the file will be looked at. Tom Kaszas Posted March 14, 2023 Author Posted March 14, 2023 Thank you very much - I appreciate your help. Worse comes to worst, I'll have to revert to a previous usable version - lost about a week of work - a pain, but not the end of the world by any means and of course - the re-do won't be as good as the lost original. Thank you again. Tom K. Quote
