RSB Posted March 8, 2023 Posted March 8, 2023 Hello. I sometimes copy a master document (book?) in Affinity Publisher 2 and then create a different layout/book. However, when I export the pdf and then view it, it has the name of the very original document still present. This is even after I have gone to the meta data and made sure that everything is named correctly. The attached photo is of an exported pdf being viewed as a webpage - the title shows as "RICHARD BROWN PHOTOGRAPHER 1" which the original Affinity template was named as, but was then exported as "RICHARD BROWN RESTAURANTS". However, the original name remains. Quote
Hangman Posted March 8, 2023 Posted March 8, 2023 Hi @RSB and welcome to the forums... Are you able to upload the master document (book) along with the newly layed out book along with the exported pdf so we can see what is happening. A stripped back version would be fine just including the title if you don't want to upload the complete book. walt.farrell Posted March 8, 2023 Posted March 8, 2023 You're welcome, and sorry, no idea why it didn't work before.
