Hello,

I have encountered a problem where I can no longer open or save a file from the Designer 1 (1.10.24 on my restored iPad) sandbox. I checked the forums for solutions, and I was able to externally retrieve the autosave file using iMazing, but I am still unable to use the file. I'm not sure if there's any way to repair the file so I have uploaded what was inside the iMazing folder for this file (alongside me converting the filetype to .afdesign) in the hopes someone here would be able to see if my file can still be saved.

Before the file corrupted - I got an error saying something akin to 'storage full' despite the fact that both my iPad and my iCloud were not full at all. I wish I saved a copy from within the app before closing since I didn't realise the file would become inaccessible... Typically I save externally once I am finished with a file but from now on, I see that I should be saving externally a lot earlier.

I was also wondering if this is also known to be a problem in Affinity Designer 2 as I plan to move apps from here on?

Many thanks in advance.

The file isn't opening for me, usually it's just a case of renaming the recovered .autosave file to .afdesign. However it's looks like this file is also unrecoverable as I also tried a trick using Publisher but that failed also.
