Snap to Node Not Sticking AD

I check the SNAP TO NODE option and it does stick. I check it, the dialog closes. It doesn’t work when trying to snap. I go back to dialog and SNAP TO NODE is unchecked. See attached video

I’ve also added a video showing how it will deselect other options. Kinda like Wack-a-Mole.

Also just to state the issue here is that the Dropdown isn't updated on first tap, but is on second tap.

So for example:

State is On

First Tap: State still shows as on (but if you exit and go back in will then show it as off)

Second Tap: State now updates as Off (but what its actually done is just enabled it again - this is why it feels like its stuck on.

This is effectively the same issue that is making it seem as though other options are being controlled - on the second tap all the option states are being refreshed.
