Affinity Photo creates an issue when closing the program

Hi,

the issue started a few days ago.

Every time when Affinity gets closed it creats an entry in the reliability monitor like this: (sorry, it's in german)

The error message says "stopped working".

First I tried reinstalling the latest version and I was asked if I want to uninstall or repair it. So I chose repair.
But the error still occurs when the program is being closed. 
I uninstalled it after that and installed it again. 
But it didn't erase the error.

Do you have any idea what I can do?

I updated the graphic card driver and the error is still there.

Hi @Coopsand Welcome to the Forums,

Can you just try starting Affinity while holding down the Control key and you should get a popup asking if you'd like to clear some settings.  3 options will be ticked and you can just click Clear.  Affinity should then start as normal.  Now try shutting it down and see if you get the same issue.
