Puss in Boots disarmed or disarming

An experiment with vector strokes and building a style for creating textured fills with stroke/fringed edges. A little bit of an ink and wet media look and more opaque strokes.

Doffing my hat to the Affinity Design developers.

This is all vectors?!? Mind boggling?

This is a testament to both your talent and skill as well as the flexibility of the AD! Amazing stuff.

Thanks all.

An organic look.

Something akin to a natural media look - combined with the flexibility and re-editability of the vector core of the strokes makes this kind of illustration really enjoyable.

Here is an updated version - more texture and refinement to the lines:

I am sharing the source file here:

The file gives an idea of how I am using layers and the big hazy edges texture shapes (made with a custom Style) that make most of the fills.

Hope folks here find it useful.
