Aurelie Posted March 3, 2023 Posted March 3, 2023 Hello there ! Sorry if the question has been treated… I am working on AD2 on IPad. Can’t we save the progression on a document directly instead of exit the doc and save it in the gallery ? Like a CTRL S or with a button. I remember the function on AD1. Am I hallucinating ? Maybe the progression is automatically saved. When I work with the pixel persona I loose my parameters when I go back.. thank you 😊 Quote
walt.farrell Posted March 3, 2023 Posted March 3, 2023 Save and Save As were temporarily (?) removed from the Document menu on the iPad, due to data loss problems they were causing. I have read that Ctrl+S still works, at least in 2.0. I have not tried it in either 2.0 or 2.1 beta, and I would not trust it even if it seems to work. It is a major pain but currently the only reliable way to save externally is to return to Home Screen then manually save. Quote M1 IPad Air 10.9/256GB lpadOS 17.1.1 Apple Pencil (2nd gen). Yes I have experienced the crash and lost my progression just now… 😔 I hope the issue will be fixed soon. Thank you 🙏 Quote
