I was updating certificates that were originally created in version 1. i am on a Mac 16' MacBook Pro running Ventura 13.2.1. When trying to print, the print window says no pages from the document were selected to be printed. This usually happens after i have had the file open for a couple of minutes. One time, it just froze the app. I am updating multiple certificates and it has happened at least five times. each time I can restart the app and open the saved certificate and it prints correctly. Not sure what is causing this. They have been updated many times in the old Affinity photo without incident.

Hi @Sensei08 and welcome to the forums...

Are you able to upload your file so we can take a look at what might be causing the issue you're experiencing?

Hi @Sensei08,

As requested above, we're going to need a copy of your .afphoto file in order to investigate this further, as this isn't an issue I've seen previously.

Out of interest, if you select the Range from 1 to 1 option in the Pages section of the print dialog, does this print as expected? :)
