difficulty with swatches on iPad pro using version 2.0.4.5

I'm trying to create new swatch and something quircky happens. There is a record of the colors I add to the swatch but only after I close and re open that folder I'm working on. When I add to it the swatch show only 4 colors and two of them are white. I can't use it immediatelly.
