Windows 10 Home - Cannot Verify V2 License

Recommended Posts

I think your computer time (more specifically, the timezone) is not set correctly. I'm not an expert in interpreting the reports generated by the connectivity check, but to me it seems that

  • Your PC thinks it is 22:28:57Z (that is, 22:28:57 GMT)
  • The actual GMT time reported by the server is 20:28:56 GMT

The 1 second difference probably doesn't matter, but your PC's GMT time should be the same hour/minute as the server's GMT time. Perhaps you have set the time to the proper time, but did not set the timezone and left it at GMT?

Thank you Walt, you were right! I set the correct timezone and was able to verify my license.

Glad it worked, and thanks for confirming that it did!
