PunishedRaulito Posted February 28, 2023 Posted February 28, 2023 Hey guys. I recently rolled back my laptop from Windows 11 to Windows 10, and now my V2 Licenses cannot be verified. I ran the "Check Connectivity" test, and it confirms the apps cannot connect to affinity servers. Here is the report. Thank you for the help! affinity-conncheck-1677623337.md Quote
walt.farrell Posted February 28, 2023 Posted February 28, 2023 I think your computer time (more specifically, the timezone) is not set correctly. I'm not an expert in interpreting the reports generated by the connectivity check, but to me it seems that Your PC thinks it is 22:28:57Z (that is, 22:28:57 GMT) The actual GMT time reported by the server is 20:28:56 GMT The 1 second difference probably doesn't matter, but your PC's GMT time should be the same hour/minute as the server's GMT time. Perhaps you have set the time to the proper time, but did not set the timezone and left it at GMT? I set the correct timezone and was able to verify my license. walt.farrell 1 Quote
