Press the Spacebar and drag left/right?

Or, if you're using a mouse with a wheel, depending on the scroll/zoom options you have set in Preferences/Settings in your Affinity app, and your OS, you can press a modifier key to convert vertical scrolling to horizontal. For example, on my system, mouse-wheel movement causes a vertical scroll, but I can hold Shift to convert it to a horizontal scroll.

I believe Shift+Scroll Wheel = horizontal scroll on both macOS and Windows.

Thank you didnt work, lol, i have the wheel set to zoom however, if i tilt the wheel to the right it does 'grab' the window to drag it anywhere.

Im trying to find key strokes to use on the drawing pad buttons so i dont have to use the keyboard and the pad.  Thank you very much!

Use your keyboard and try the various other modifiers (Ctrl, Cmd, Alt, Opt) as you use the mouse wheel. Perhaps one will provide what you need.
