Affinity Designer 2 NOT EXPORTING FILES

Export not working at all, it keeps freezing, if I hit the escape key it lets it loose but when I try to export again it freezes again. I can move the mouse but I get the bad click error sound when I try to click on something. Do you know anything about that?

Are you using the latest release version? - YES
Can you reproduce it? - YES
Does it happen for a new document? If not can you upload a document that shows the problem? - YES
If you cannot provide a sample document then please give an accurate description of the problem for example it should include most of the following:-

   What is your operating system and version (Windows 11, OSX Ventura, iOS 16 etc)? - WINDOWS 10
   Is hardware acceleration (in Preferences > Performance) OFF ? (and have you tried the other setting?)
   What happened for you (and what you expected to happen) IT FREEZES I'M EXPECTING IT TO LET ME EXPORT MY FILES SO I CAN SAVE IT.
   Provide a recipe for creating the problem (step-by-step what you did).
   Screenshots (very handy) or a screen capture/video. - I CAN DO VIDEO
   Any unusual hardware (like tablets or external monitors or drives that may affect things) or relevant other applications like font managers or display managers. - NO
   Did this same thing used to work and if so have you changed anything recently? (software or hardware) I HAVE CHAGE NOTHING AND IT USE TO WORK JUST FINE.

Hi @MrMarkW

There may be problems with Microsoft's .NET components.

To rule this out I recommend running the Microsoft .NET Framework Repair tool.

Classic description of the Export dialogue screen opening on a 2nd monitor somewhere

Switch on any other monitors you have or if using a Laptop with large screen attached, open the Laptop and check its screen

Thank you @carl123 you are the big winner. That was it, and as many times as that has happened you would think that world be the first thing I check but I keep forgetting the other monitor is even there.
