I pasted a photo from Photos app into Designer while a frame text was active with the cursor inside. I actually just intended to past the picture into the document.

Then I cannot delete the picture, it just reappears. I can delete by deleting the frame text.
When closing the app, with the document open, and with the frame text and the picture, the app Designer crashes.
iPadOS 16.3 (the newest), iPad 12.9" 2022.

The enclosed document will NOT crash, but the "picture will not delete"-behaviour is there: Select the picture, press Delete (on keyboard), and the picture disappears and reappears.

I have a copy of the crashing, much larger, document. You can get that for diagnostic purposes, if you want.

I did report Share info on at least one crash, while reproducing the behaviour, so you might have additional info in your system, under my mail: hans@papirfoldning.dk.

Best regards,
   Hans

PS: Luckily, the Designer Prod version 2.0 can delete the picture normally and doesn't crash, and if I remember to save it, AND close the document fully in Beta, I can re-open i Beta and continue working.

I believe the "picture will not delete" is essentially another symptom of the "Can't unpin" bug that's in the current betas the moment. So when that bug is fixed I assume this one (and the crash you have both experienced) will also be fixed.

There's a potential fix in for this bug, so when we get a new set of builds I'll double check that it's possible to delete inline pinned objects
