Exporting eps file with images produces black rectangle rather than the expected image

The attached Test.afdesign file has two texts and two images in it. If you export an eps file from it, and open the exported eps file in Affinity Designer, one of the image will become a black region. It seems that the problem happens if there is text under the layer of the image (for example, the 2.jpg text is under the upper-left image).

Many thanks for providing detail along with an example file, i've been able to replicate this and it has now been logged with the developers.
