Topaz plugins very slow to load in beta.

When I want to use a Topaz plugin, Photo becomes unresponsive for a while then eventually the plug in appears. (But so slow I think it has frozen) The retail release version is much faster. Windows 11. Same set up in both versions. Nik plugins are OK.

I wonder if it's related to the RAM slider being broken in Photo Windows 1709 as some others have speculated. I'll keep an eye on this when the fix comes in.
