Changing notes (dividing line) in a big document crashes application.

Recommended Posts

Try to setup the notes section on page 18 (2. section). The first on on that page is number 6.

I try to set the dividing line to a thickness of 0.5 pt for the whole document. The application crashes immediately.

This happens since foot notes are possible in AP.

This bug is in 2.0.4, too.

It's not just setting the rule thickness, turning it off will also crash it, as will changing some other note settings. I tried to update the document settings from the previous footnote #6 and that also crashed. Sorry, I can't think of a workaround right now, this seems problematic.

This is really just an addition to this reported bug...

Certainly, one cause for Publisher crashing when adjusting the rule above footnotes, whether the stroke weight or visibility appears to be when you have a pinned object on the associated page...
