Hal H. Posted February 24, 2023 Posted February 24, 2023 I finally leaned how to reduce star size and brighness in astrophotographs of nebulae by viewing the James Ritson video tutorial over and over. However, whenever I run the process I find a strange artifact in the resulting image consisting of horizontal grey ovals of constant size. What am I doing wrong? Help will be appreciated. Quote

Hal H. Posted February 26, 2023 Author Posted February 26, 2023 Many thanks, that worked. The artifacts are gone! Quote
