Select All outline not completely visible

This is an issue in both Photo 2 and Photo 2 beta (2.1.0.1709).
Running on MacOS Ventura.

When selecting all (CMD-A) the selection outline is not always visible on all sides.
Which sides are visible differ, based on dimensions of the image and the zoom level. Results are erratic.
