Mick63 Posted February 23, 2023 Share Posted February 23, 2023 I have just upgraded to MacOS Ventura and bought Publisher2 and I can't make the text tool work. When I type the spacebar seems to do all kind of things but not putting a space between two words. I tried to clear all shortcuts but to no avail. The spacebar seems to toggle between windows which are highlighted by a blue frame. I'm not using Publisher on a regular basis so I might be doing something wrong but never had this problem with the previous version. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It would be extrmely helpful if you could upload a screen recording showing the full Publisher UI demonstrating what happens when you hit the spacebar and if you are able to upload a sample Publisher file as well that will help in trying to work out what is happening as there should be no issues creating a space between words when using the spacebar... Mick63 Posted February 23, 2023 Author Share Posted February 23, 2023 Hi I just got a tip that worked, in macOS Ventura in System Settings there is a feature that's called Full Keyboard Access and when I turned that off Publisher works perfectly.
