You can only change the value by clicking on the new position. Affects all three apps, both Light & Dark UI. Wasn't present in betas 2.1.0.1706 as far as I can tell. The Background Grey Level sliders work fine, as do the Performance sliders. it's just Text Contrast and UI Brightness that you have to click rather than drag. This fix should soon be available as a customer beta and is planned for inclusion in the next customer release. Customer beta builds are announced here and you can participate by following these instructions.
