As a pattern surface designer I also work with Procreate. I vectorize the layers via Adobe Capture.
From there I export the layers into Affinity Designer.

I use the same canvas size + I’ve put black marks on the corners.

But after exporting from Capture I noticed that the size of my canvas in Affinity is always off with a few pixels.

I always have to manually resize them.
Is this a bug or a setting that I need to change?

What format are you exporting to for your import into Designer?

Do you have this same problem in 2.0.4, or only in the 2.1 beta?

I have the same issue 2.0.4

It’s an SVG file…that I export from Adobe Capture. This opens a new file/canvas in Affinity designer.

but I’m thinking that maybe the issue is within Capture…and not affinity after all. Because when I import a document back to Procreate it also changes in size.

It might be the dpi setting of the exported svg file….
