I try and get the updates via the Affinity Photo 2 and the following comment comes up and I cannot access the upgrades. Affinity Photo 2 can’t be updated if it’s running from the location it was downloaded to. Any advice would be appreciated. Quote

If Mac, are you perhaps running it from the DMG rather than actually installing it by dragging it to the Applications folder? I am running Ventura 13.2.1 and ahhhhh you might have solved it. The application loaded on the dock is the one I am having and issue with but reading between the your lines I now opened it from the Launchpad and it is the updated version.
