Asset import empty Assets

Dears,

maybe you can have a solution.

I imported all my Assets into the new version AD 2.0 just now. Suddenly it stopped and all my Assets are gone and it is empty. I cannot import or do anything to bring it back. 

I already shut down my IPad and open AD again, but nothing appears.

Try this: 

1. Close all three V2 applications (or as many as you have installed).

2. Start Designer 2

3. When you get the splash screen, double-tap it with one finger. 

4. Select Reset Assets, and perform the reset.

Unfortunately it did not work with double tap with 1 finger. AD opens and does not react on any tap. 

I have on;y the version on my IPad open.

I can confirm this does work. You need to do two quick taps in the centre of the screen as soon as the splash screen logo appears (see image). It’s all in the timing. You need to be quick🙂

Did you get the Splash screen? If not, you did not have the application fully closed.

Thank you for the tips. I was too slow. Now it worked. I will fix it now and import again
