Iris Qi Posted February 19, 2023 Posted February 19, 2023 I recorded a video, you can see the page preview is not displayed correctly. Software Version:2.0.4 Device:Mac Studio M1 Max 64 GB Ventura 13.1 This bug has occurred in different versions and on different devices, at least in V1, when I was using a Macbook Pro M1. MikeTO Posted February 19, 2023 Posted February 19, 2023 Hi, I think this is the same issue reported by another user in the thread below. I offered a workaround which solved the problem so please try that. I'm unsure if Serif has logged this issue yet so it's good that you've reported it, too. Dan C Posted February 20, 2023 Posted February 20, 2023 Hi @Iris Qi, Welcome to the Affinity Forums & thanks for your report! As Mike has mentioned, disabling Metal Hardware Acceleration within Affinity seems to resolve this issue - however I have tested this internally by connecting an external 4K monitor to my M1 Macbook Air and I'm unable to replicate this issue currently. Such that I can log this with our development team, can you please open Apple > System Preferences > Display and provide screenshots showing your display settings for both the built-in display, and your external connected monitor? Many thanks in advance Quote
