Recreate Sharpness on Photos using Affinity Suite

Hey,

i got a very unsharp photo (swooshed from left to right) and now I wanna make it sharp.

Is there any war to do it? I just got the idea of overlaying the same picture and then create a sharp one but it didn’t work.

 

Any Help would be appreciated.
