Plasmazone Posted February 16, 2023 Posted February 16, 2023 I have Publisher 2 on my PC. I will be collaborating with a colleague on a publication who has a Mac. If she buys the Publisher 2 for Mac can the same *.af file be used on both computers? Quote
GarryP Posted February 16, 2023 Posted February 16, 2023 Yes, but you would be advised to Package the documents that are shared so that both people have exactly the same resources – fonts, images, etc. - that are used in the documents. Otherwise you could end up with bits missing and/or differences between fonts on different OSes. Quote
