Running two Affinity apps simultaneously not possible, Windows 11, Universal license

I can run only one app (Designer, Publisher, Photo) at a time.

Individually all apps run fine, but when the second app is opened, it requires license credentials. The same happens in Designer when trying to use "Edit in Publisher...", license credentials pop up; and the Designer loses the file being edited.

I have opened apps with ctrl pressed and cleared the user data, being able to open and use each file on each app. Now Publisher does not require license credentials when run alone.

Just to be sure: Did you install the applications using the MSIX-based installers (the original kind), or using the EXE/MSI-based installers (the newer ones that were released)?

Order date November 15, 2022. I am not sure about the installation method anymore, but the Affinity store has the MSIX installers still on the license page. I probably used the ones that are the first ones available: MSIX

Thanks. And were you able to install by simply running the MSIX files, or did you play around with unzipping and doing something manual?

Just run the MSIX files, I can't recall any unusual extra steps.

If you're still having issues it's worth trying the suggestions in this FAQ article. Also make sure you're editing the same Affinity ID and password used for when you created your account.
