Maxximilian Posted February 13, 2023 Posted February 13, 2023 Hello, I had this issue a couple times in Designer V1 and now it happend in V2 as well. Occasionally some elements on prints didn't show correctly or at all. The print preview is correct but the print itself is wrong. My workaround at the moment is to export e.g. jpg and print this jpg-file. Best Regards, Max Quote
Dan C Posted February 15, 2023 Posted February 15, 2023 Hi @Maxximilian, Thanks for your report and sorry to see you're having trouble - our apologies for the delayed response here. Are you able to provide a copy of your .afdesign file which shows this issue for me? Many thanks in advance Quote
Maxximilian Posted February 15, 2023 Author Posted February 15, 2023 Please find attached 2 afdesign-files with which I have this issue. The objects of the rosary are all in a warp-group. Without warp the prints are ok. But I had this in the past without warp as well. Some colors of the bulldogs ear in the second file are not printed as shown in the file. Dan C Posted February 17, 2023 Posted February 17, 2023 Many thanks for providing these files for me and my apologies for the delayed response! I can confirm there are separate issues showing in the files you have provided - the Rosary file appears to be caused by the Warp Group, which I'm logging with our developers now as a bug. Unfortunately short of Rasterising the entire group before printing (which is essentially the same as exporting to JPEG and printing that), I've been unable to find a workaround for this issue currently. However the Bulldog document appears to be caused due to the 'Passthrough' blend mode, automatically applied to the Right Ear group - if you select this Group and change the blend mode from Passthrough to Normal, then print the document once again, this should then appear as expected - I will also be logging this as a separate bug with our developers now, as although the above resolves this issue, it shouldn't be required. I hope this helps! Quote
Maxximilian Posted February 17, 2023 Author Posted February 17, 2023 Whenever I had this issue exporting to another file type as a workaround worked for me. But good to know there is a differnet way as well. Many Thanks. Dan C 1 Quote
