RichardSC Posted February 13, 2023 Posted February 13, 2023 Hi, I purchased Affinity Photo and Designer v.1 through Apple, probably 9 or 10 years ago. They do the job, and I have no pressing need to upgrade to v2. I just got a new computer and am unable to install either program on it. When I go to Apple, there's no way to download any version other than 2. And although I found a download link of Serif's site, when I try to open the programs, they ask for a code. Since I originally purchased the program through Apple, I do not have a code. Is there a solution to this dilemma other than purchasing Affinity v.2, or some other app to replace Affinity? Quote
walt.farrell Posted February 13, 2023 Posted February 13, 2023 Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums. First, make sure you're signed-in to the Mac App Store using the same Apple ID you originally used for the purchase. Then click on Store in the Menu, then on Account. You should find everything you've purchased in the past, including the Affinity V1 applications.
