tab elements with images and text

hi all please move this to another part of the forum

but no ones answering me, but what i want to achieve 

is tabbed elements with images and pictures?

please see here and scroll down to the tabbed section

can serif webplus x8 do this? if so please could someone send me a link to a tutorial

These forums are solely for the Affinity software, not for the older "Plus" software.
