Affinity Rat Posted February 12, 2023 Posted February 12, 2023 Well finally got my APho2 installed after newly downloading, but have no assets and cant create new category or add new assets. Tried resetting assets but no joy! Looking in storage for APhoto2 it has many files that were probably in the sandbox when the app was off-loaded. These files are not displayed in the App gallery so I presume they are inaccessible. The former assets may also be in the sandbox and corrupted, dont know. There are no assets at all seen in the app. Quote
Affinity Rat Posted February 12, 2023 Author Posted February 12, 2023 According to iPad off-loading the app wont delete data, but after downloading and reinstalling it hasnt made the data accessible. Quote

It is well known that deleting the app deletes everything in the Sandbox, and in the app's automatically-created folder in "on my iPad". 7 hours ago, Affinity Rat said: Tried resetting assets but no joy! That is surprising, as it has worked for others. I presume you did it by double-tapping on the Splash screen to get the Reset dialog?
