ikebi Posted February 11, 2023 Posted February 11, 2023 Hello, I have 3 monitors and when I launch the program from monitor 1 it appears on monitor 2 when dragged to monitor 1 it crashes when dragged to monitor 3 it seems to be happy? As long as it works on monitor 3 I will live with it. Monitor 2 is not good for photo editing. I have Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 operating on Windows 10 Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 32.0 GB Total Physical Memory 31.9 GB Available Physical Memory 25.6 GB Total Virtual Memory 36.7 GB Available Virtual Memory 28.2 GB Version 10.0.19044 Build 19044 Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz, 3601 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s) BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. 0303, 5/15/2014 Thanks, any input will be very much appreciated. Staff stokerg Posted February 13, 2023 Staff Posted February 13, 2023 Hi @ikebiand Welcome to the Forums, Could you just cause the crash and then check for a crash report? To find the crash reports, see here. There will likely be more than 1 report but if you can just attach the latest one here, that will help. It would also be worth doing a clean install of your graphics card drivers as well, as most crashes like this are normally down to the graphics card drivers. Quote
ikebi Posted February 14, 2023 Author Posted February 14, 2023 Hello, I have been trying all kinds of different apps to make them freeze up like Affinity 2 with no joy. Apps I have tried are DaVinci Resolve, Luminar Neo and PhotoShop all work without freezing up. Reloaded the Nvidia drivers and no joy. Doesn't seem to drop a trouble log each and every time but here is the latest 4d12698b-c29d-45d0-b30c-3aedf213dc1e.dmp Not sure how to figure out the events below but it doesn't seem to be effecting any other apps.
