Lukas.S Posted February 10, 2023 Posted February 10, 2023 Hello is it possible to automatically create a PDF from about 200 images. Without having to drag in each image individually. Thank you Quote
walt.farrell Posted February 10, 2023 Posted February 10, 2023 You can use Publisher's Data Merge function to do that. Here's one topic that discusses it: https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/175130-publisher-v2-data-merge-images-what-am-i-missing/#comment-1005746 You can find additional discussions: https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/search/&q="Data merge" images&quick=1 Quote -- Walt Designer, Photo, and Publisher V1 and V2 at latest retail and beta releases PC: Desktop: Windows 11 Pro 23H2, 64GB memory, AMD Ryzen 9 5900 12-Core @ 3.00 GHz, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 Laptop: Windows 11 Pro 23H2, 32GB memory, Intel Core i7-10750H @ 2.60GHz, Intel UHD Graphics Comet Lake GT2 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU. Staff James Ritson Posted February 10, 2023 Staff Posted February 10, 2023 You could probably use Auto Flow in Publisher: Set up a picture frame on your first page, either use File>Place or drag-drop with the Option/Alt modifier when bringing your images in, then select them all on the Place Images panel and click into the picture frame. It will then produce as many pages as required and auto fill each picture frame with an image. You could set up multiple picture frames on each page if you wanted more of a collage look as well. Finally, just use File>Export and choose PDF as the export format. Hope that helps! walt.farrell 1 Quote @JamesR_Affinity for Affinity resources and more Official Affinity Photo tutorials
