chapolote Posted February 10, 2023 Posted February 10, 2023 I create documents in which mainly pdf are placed, which were generated from an AutoCad clone (Bricscad). This usually works without problems, but now I have the second pdf where Publisher crashes immediately when placing. However, similar pdf's can be placed without any problems. Attached is the file that crashes. Can anyone reproduce the crash and is there an obvious reason why Publisher crashes? I crash publisher when placed.pdf Quote
chapolote Posted February 10, 2023 Author Posted February 10, 2023 Well, how I said: there should not be anything in this pdf what is not in the other pdf's generated from Bricscad not causing crashes.... Quote

Martin Tolley Posted February 10, 2023 Posted February 10, 2023 For me this file crashes publisher V2 and ALSO crashes V1. It works fine in Indesign V5 and Illustrator V6 and seems perfectly normal in Acrobat 11. It also opens perfectly as an image file in LibreOffice Draw latest version (7. something from memory). chapolote 1 Quote
